In my time playing Dogwars i have seen many players come and go and i have seen the overall meaning of this game change, form a game were its every player for him and herself and the game being dictated by who fought the most and having the pack member system by way of showing you your allies are. The game has changed now and it has become more Diplomatically played...people feel like this isnt a war game anymore. But Diplomacy IS war, its the act of sizing up the neutral players and seeing if their actions could be hostile in the future. Diplomacy is postponing battles. So Dogwars is still a War game, its just changed the style of war is all. Alliances are made and respect is given out to the best and most respectable players...and there is a very fine line between respect and Fear. I have earned my respect among my fellow veteran players and i have placed fear in the Novice players who dont know how to play this game fully. If you are not my friend then you are my enemy...but i play this game Diplomatically...sometimes....If you know yourself and know the enemy, you need not fear the result of 100 battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every battle won you will also suffer a defeat. If you know not nor the enemy you will succumb in every battle. Dont think war is coming to Dogwars..It is already here. If you do not have respect now you better earn it. Soon someone will throw a match into the gasoline...and all the dogs will be let off their Leases... Dogs to loose when War is Waged.
