In need of some prayers. Last night my grandmother fell and Lantz went to pick her up and he said she just didnt seem right. My parents called an ambulance and once they hooked her up to the machines her heart rate was 26. She was also found to be anemic. It was decided that it was best to transfer her to St. Joseph main in Lexington. On the way there her heart rate dropped below 20 and the paramedics had to use the defibrillator. She is currently waiting on the cardiologists to make the decision to most likely give her a pacemaker and start giving her blood. Ive always said that someone can age gracefully or hatefully and my grandmother is always the sweetest. I sing a song to Akin when he is crying that I randomly made up and the words are basically Give it to Jesus, Give it to Jesus, Jesus take my pain away, Jesus take it all away, Give it to Jesus. A friend reminded me of the bible verse that I made this song up from Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” It wasnt coincidence, It was exactly what I needed to hear and needed to do. God works in mysterious ways and that is what I am thankful for today.
