In order to assist residents and visitors of Wasaga Beach remain cool and safe during the current extreme warm temperatures, the Town of Wasaga Beach has set-up Cooling Stations at the Wasaga Stars Arena located at 425 River Road West and the RecPlex located at 1724 Mosley St. The Cooling Stations will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. throughout the duration of the heat wave. Tables, chairs and water will be provided at each Cooling Station. Residents and visitors are reminded that the Wasaga Beach Public Library located at 120 Glenwood Drive is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
