In order to gain clarity on the subject of compliance codes I had a phone conversation with Compliance today and I would like to share with you my understanding of a few things. I do not own ANY Plexus, Plexus Slim, or Plexus Worldwide graphics, NOT ONE.There is no way for me to stop anyone of you from using my images nor would I try.I am in the swag business to sell products to help you promote your business, without regard to how much time it takes to create it. I am not in the image business and that is why I give some of the files away for free. I understand that when you are a new Ambassador or one that is struggling to build your teams, you have not advanced to a point where you can afford to spend hundreds of dollars in swag so a lot of your promotional tools are created at home.So I share these files to assist you in the hopes of earning your business when you are at a point that you have more money than time to spend creating those items. With that being said I want you to understand that I do not go out searching for images created by others BUT when a loyal customer contacts me with an image requesting me to create it I do invest the time to have it recreated and compliance approved.You see I believe that as a supplier of promotional goods we should strive to provide you with service that is second to none.This is also why I have implemented my customer rewards program. Now let’s talk about compliance codes.Per compliance I do not have to include the code on each image. I do have to have a code for each image and upon request provide it to the consumer.My website, EVERY item and image have been approved by compliance and codes supplied.
