In order to loose weight, you need to eat less calories. In order to eat less calories, you need to feel full. In order to feel full, you need to eat!! How do you make this work?? By eating REAL food!! Plan 3 healthy meals and a morning and afternoon snack everyday. If you have carrots and celery for lunch, you need to eats LOTS of carrots and celery to be full! Go for it, stuff your face, theres almost no calories there. You can eat 5 bowls full of Salad and still not equal the calories in one diet bar, but you will FEEL full because you ARE full of good nutrients with minimal calories. Allow yourself to be OK with NOT restricting your intake of good whole food (salad, veggies berries etc) and THAT will make it easy to restrict the empty calories.
