In order to manifest your future as you wish, you must be present, now. This can feel challenging when your current experience does not feel good and is no longer what you choose. For those who are sensitive to energies, this can feel especially challenging as you are tapping into the collective feelings and emotions. It can be supportive to create a practice, whenever you are feeling very emotional or stuck, to check in and ask yourself Is this mine? regarding the emotions and feelings that are coming up. Often you are connecting with other peoples stuff, and once you recognize that, you can clear it and regain clarity with your own energy. Then you can also sit more clearly with what feelings and emotions are yours to work with. Be present to the uncomfortable places, and you will empower them to shift with more ease. What we resist, persists. If you ignore it, it will come up somewhere. Shadow energies will find a way to make themselves known, so be willing to acknowledge the uncomfortable places, Love them, befriend them, ask them what they need, and nurture yourself to heal and transform. The easiest and deepest way to shift is to bring Love to the situation, the feeling, the experience. I know it can feel hard to do this when you are in your hard places. You can do it. Even if you are gritting your teeth. Ask that Love surround you, embody you, fill you. Keep asking. Keep breathing deep into your core. Keep drinking water and nurturing yourself. You are doing great! You are deeply Loved, held and supported.
