In order to prevent police intervention and the racial politics behind the system, as well as the wasted dollars and time, riots and violence on the street which individuals blame are a result of police intervention, let individuals revolve their matters in private places open to the public. Arm convenient store clerks, and enable them to protect their rights as individuals who should not be threatened or violated as a result of an individual who wants to steal cigars or anything for that matter. Lets do this and see what happens, I can bet there will be less violence on the streets, less police intervention, and more respect paid to all parties involved. It all begins where it began. We all make decisions, its about time that we accept responsibility for them.
