In other words, 2nd generation Americans are the only ones that qualify for the POTUS. That doesnt line up with the Constitution or what we were taught in the 60s in High School Civics Class. Anchor Babies definitely dont qualify because their parents are here illegally. But if you have to be born in America to American Citizen Parents, how many of our forefathers didnt qualify? Think about it. They came from England! My understanding from High School Civics Class and reading studying The Constitution of the United States of America, is that a natural born citizen is one who is born in America to parents that are here LEGALLY whether they were born here or came here LEGALLY and later became American Citizens. As far as the POTUS, also take note that the Constitution states that they have to be (of at least age 35) here for at least 14 years! What does that mean?
