In our continued efforts to provide our clients with the highest quality of service, we have studied and refurbished our WEDDING KIT as we see fit. We also included FAQs. I would like to share one clause... 4. Are there any exclusion or tasks that are not part of the service? LBF: We always do our BEST to help you ensure that everything will be stress free. However, please be guided that there are a few limitations: a. Processing legal and church requirements. The reason behind this is because it is only the couple who can acquire and sign the pertinent documents as well as attend canonical interview and pre-cana seminar as required by the church. In the municipality, there’s also a seminar that the couple should undergo (Family Planning). While we can help you liaise with the church for appointments and ask necessary questions, the scope of service does not include processing and submitting of these documents. b. Checking in/out of the Hotel. The rationale behind this is because there are items that may get lost of misplaced and of course we want to protect both parties. Thus we urge our clients to have a relative or family member to check out on their behalf if they cannot book 2 nights for the same room. It also affects the timeline of those who need to go to the church to prepare. c. Taking care of ALL people in the room/events place. While we do our best to manage all kinds of stress that may arise on the wedding day and to troubleshoot if need be, we can only do so much. It is our goal to protect the couple from all worries or any issue that has something to do with the execution of all the plans. However, we need to prioritise the needs of the COUPLE first as well as those who will be working (SUPPLIERS) on the day itself. E.g., “one of the bridesmaids cannot find her pair of shoes and asks us to look for it; or the whole entourage wants their clothes to be ironed; or everyone wants us to buy the specific food that they want OR order their lunch; or some of the guests were not able to secure transportation etc.” Though these can be accommodated, theres a caveat that it may affect the timeline and schedule. d. Be at the preps earlier than the call time. As we have carefully plotted and arranged the timeline, it is best not to veer away from it. 5 HOURS is enough for us to prepare the bride and the groom for the wedding day itself. More than that may not be effective. However for out of town events, should the clients want us to be there before the schedule, they have the option to book our accommodations. e. Delivering services/products on behalf of other vendors. The service provider should be the one to deliver the product/service. E.g., we cannot deliver a cake or the wedding gowns as any fortuitous event that may happen, it/they then become the coordinators’ liability. The service/product should be the sole responsibility of the vendor we will hire.
