In our course, we discuss the all voluntary military. The cost for this is just being realized. Mike Haynie describes a young Veteran, Tim as feeling anonomous. This cost being a result from not enough of us being invested in Veterans futures. We all, he says, as a result of our decision, as a society to have an all voluntary military, we made moral choice that incurs a moral obligation...to know these Veterans.
