In our intimate struggles, our strengths are brought to light. Values reach new depths. Resolve is deepened, and courage becomes a coat that never withers, nor tears. All the while our vision receives clarity, bringing fruition to new futurities, a new way of thinking and doing. Nothing in struggling is not without great meaning, or importance. Struggling in its intimacy is equally as important to the comforts of our own lives. The lessons learned are immeasurable and invaluable. A person that attempts to disempower others in their struggles what ever it may be is a weakness to overcome. A reminder of what an oppressor is, and what one ought not to become. Struggling goes hand in hand with a leaders resolve, and conviction to their own sense of integrity. Hope that they can hold steady amidst the fray. Never encourage their failures of disempowering others. Above all, empower others in their struggles, so that they too may fulfill their own potential. That they too may become strong in the ways that they were meant to be. Unity within these intimate struggles is as necessary as the former. Blehiciyapo (Take courage!)
