In our minds eye, no one is good enough for our daughters. So wrong. I am ashamed to say I was so critical of my son-in-law, nothing he did was right. The poor guy never once answered me back, but, when my daughter had enough of my bickering she confronted me about it. I saw the pain in her face and heard the pain in her cry...even my son had a talk with me when his sister called him when she needed her brother..he heard the same cry. Not only was I hurting Anthony I was also hurting my daughter and grandchildren. Today Im not ashamed to say that our children have that same right to be able to correct us when they feel the need to and it makes me happy my children were able to talk to me abot that. They deserve to be happy and we as parents need to butt out of their relationship and respect their values as a family. For family to heal we need to be supportive of our kids and not be so judgemental of them. I am learning from their generation and my heart goes out to those who hurt because of interference which I was guilty of. Today I see nothing but sentiments of love because they are happy...I love you Anthony and thank you for always helping me when you see I need help. I have the best daughter-in-law Loretta and best son-in-law Anthony..thank you ♥♥♥
