In preparation for the Iron Triathlon I wanted to get a taste of what it will be like so completed a crossfit workout called Linda. For those who dont know what Linda is, the workout involves just 3 exercises The idea of the workout is to complete 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps of these 3 exercises. Deadlift @1/2 times Bodyweight (115kg) Bench Press @ Bodyweight (78kg) & Cleans @75% of Bodyweight (57.5kg) This was a very challenging workout but is only a small workout compared to the iron triathlon. The iron triathlon involves the same exercises at the same weights but 1-20 instead of 10-1.
