In profile: the Improper Butter team UCD Business Alumni has an In Profile interview with our alumna Elaine Lavery (BBL 2012) and her business partner Hannah O’Reilly (BComm 2012) about their business, Improper Butter. It will be moving up a gear in the next few weeks, as it revamps its brand and begins to supply supermarkets with its gourmet flavoured butters on a trial basis.
