In public policy, bad ideas never completely go away and the Robin Hood Effect has resurfaced again. A French economist has captured the attention of the left because it endorses an 80 percent tax rate on the rich in the name of “leveling” incomes. Competing arguments claim if you tax work, investment and achievement at a higher rate, you are going to get less of these things. ffc.io/h7 What do you think?
