In reading the reply to the Department of City Planning from Natural Resources and Planning, I see that it is full of things like "there is simply no way to construct a project of this scope and scale in the Browns Canyon watershed without resulting in a a(sic) single, unavoidable, significant adverse biological impact." I am going to repeat that phrase a lot in the next 30 days I think. I am not sure how they can continue this project with reviews like that. I await the FEIR from Hidden Creek. I have also called Impact Sciences, Inc. the company that prepared the FEIR, to obtain a copy in case the Hidden Creek folks dont get back to me very timely ;)
