In reflection of 2014: What an amazing year it has been! I continue thank the friends, family, co-workers, clients, patients, fiance, and God for each year that keeps getting better. 1.I got engaged to the most amazing man I could have ever dreamed of. I never thought that day would come, but I am one lucky girl. 2. I have amazing new in-laws. 3. CORE Fitness celebrated our 12th Anniversary and I am so grateful for our great team and long-term clients. 4. I have an incredible team at Kinetic and we are ready to kick butt this year! 5. My mom and I had an incredible trip to Greece. 6. I presented at NSCA National and had another amazing experience. 7. I was asked to be on on two advisory boards. 8. I planned a wedding:) 9. I celebrated the 5th Annual DanceStrong event 9. My brothers anniversary was 10 years this year and he was shining down on me. 10. My mom, Dad, and Betsy continue to support me in all of my endeavors and love me always. Thank you! Whats on tap for 2015? 1. Blog , educate, present 2. Teach the Movement Paradigm course 3.
