In regards to my experience of yester day, I had the privilege of speaking to a Lady of the Realm this day. She informed me that the guardsman in question had been in error and has since been set straight. She confirmed that I was guilty of no wrongdoing, and sincerely apologized for the unfortunate incident. In total my experience here in Bristol has been most wonderful: the villagers are inquisitive and knowledgable, the shopkeepers are friendly and welcoming and the performers are top notch. I would bid all who enter here to graciously follow the instructions of the goode guardsmen, who are here for the protection of all, and bear them no ill will.
