In response to Linda Hatchers request... 1. I am grateful that I have a set of core people in my life that are steadfast especially when I display the humans failing of poor judgment and in times when I have been afflicted with poor health 2. I am grateful to have latched upon the notion to overcome the personal deficiencies in my life through a set of ideals based on continual self-improvement, forgiveness and compassion for others, and the pursuit of human advancement 3. I am grateful that I (along with my generation) have never had to face war, or famine, nor true hardship and I am most grateful that for all my ignorance and dullness that I have the sense to recognize this by reaching out to those less fortunate
