[In response to our news about the data operator and lab assistant of Hee-Gyathang PHC not attending duty for more than a year, which generated a lot of comments] [From DEO Hee Gyathang] It is not mistake of the public but the committee must have inquire properly before they have flashed it in media because the public don’t know why the staff is not there and under what circumstances I would like to apologize to the people for the same but I would like to clarify through Talk Sikkim that since the day of my posting to Hee Gyathang PHC, the PHC was not fully functional. So first of all I have to submit my joining letter to DPMU section at District, so our superior told me that PHC is not fully functional so kindly stay in District and assist in office at district. Hee Gyathang got functional from April. Since then I am doing my reporting as my job is to do online reporting only so I am reporting online from district as there is no computer given to me at PHC or other NET Gadgets for online reporting that is why I have to report from District as there is ample of Internet facilities provided at district. Committee can inquire from each and every staff of District Hospital whether DEO Hee Gyathang is present in his duty or comes only on the day of salary. As in this competitive time for employment I just don’t want to loose my job by neglecting it. There is always a two sides to a coin so I think committee has only seen one side. So I would like to plea to the committee to see another side of the same.... coz I don’t want to ruin my life and this could ruin my life for other job recruitment. So please kindly inquire and put more positive light to this issue. Friends, kindly comment on the issue written by me.
