In retrospect, 2014 has been a pretty amazing year despite a few hiccups. God has blessed me in many ways that I probably didnt deserve, but Im working on being more deserving of those blessings. Im thankful for my job and the people I work with. I must admit that when I moved back and started working there, I misjudged my coworkers pretty severely. They have accepted me unconditionally and its amazing to work with people like that. In Odyssey, Ive ticked more and more things off my list of goals. Its amazing having my hard work recognized and used on such a high level. October brought with it some tough times. I was so disheartened when I found myself at a real spiritual crossroads, but I am so thankful that God led me to a wonderful church where I feel very comfortable and accepted. People have come and gone in my life at a high rate this year, but Im thankful for the family members (both blood and chosen) that have been with me through the good times and helped me claw my way through the tough times. All in all, 2014 was pretty great and I can only hope that 2015 will be even better.
