In shifting my language I shift my associations with the subject matter. I am de conditioning my mind from talking about things with a victim consciousness. For example if you asked me what happened between me and another, before Id usually start by saying, so and so did blah blah. Well, I find that dis empowering so I am only going to talk about my experience based on what I PERCEIVED, not claiming it as a fact. By doing this I embrace the power to change my perception and ultimately reality. #lovesvoice #thereIsOnlyOneOf Us
