In that mode......have some tight and tough choices to make. Ill start by examining my inner man. But there are some things that I flat out refuse to budge on. And respect, common courtesy, professionalism and equality ARE NON NEGOTIABLE!!! I have MAJOR ISSUES with people who feel that their whims and ways should be catered to, and to hell with what others think or feel. People like this, meet with the strongest resistance. You dont try to win these people over with honey, you give them the hard, cold facts. YOU ARE NOT ANY BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE ON THE PLANET!!! SO GET OVER YOURSELVES!!!
