In the Board meeting with the leaders of AIACEGEO the issue of regional disparities was discussed and it was informed by Chairperson that the matter is under examination and will be possible prospectively only as per rules w.e.f. 1996. The leaders of AIACEGEO have accepted such proposal for implementation of same w.e.f 01.01.96. DG/HRD has told the leaders that the central leaders of AIACEIA have not accepted such proposal for all India seniority list w.e.f. 01.01.196. The AICEIA has submitted representation for all India seniority list retrospectively . She told that the leaders of AICEIA have demanded for revision of Gr-A RRs to grant promotion to AC considering the date of joining in the grade of Inspector. Board categorically stated that both the issues can not be considered. However AICEIA has decided in Mumbai meeting to conduct agitation for preparation of all India seniority list retrospectively. Therefore those are interested for preparation of seniority list since 1996, thy should submit representation to Board and they should request AICEIA for not to go for agitation for preparation of all India seniority list retrospectively.
