In the Muslims history of creating cultural stress and chaos when they infiltrate a society or country it is known as Cultural Jihad. Its usually phase 2 of the strategy, phase three is violent protest and random beatings of the non-muslim residents. Some cities in the U.S. like Miami, Dearborn.
