In the NETWORK MARKETING industry, you will have people try to recruit you to switch and join THEIR company...especially if youve been successful. It happens to me quite often. Its the part of the industry I DONT like. I just got off the phone with one of my former leaders from my last company who has since moved on to their THIRD company. During the whole conversation I heard I did this... and I did that... All I heard was I, I, I, I, I... Something I have learned in the past 3 years is that if you want to become a TRUE leader in this industry...you have to become completely SELFLESS. A LEADER in this industry will not brag about themselves. They will acknowledge and celebrate their teams accomplishments and those they serve...not their own. I firmly believe that every person should have a business from home to begin creating a Plan B (even if its very part-time)..but its very important you find a company with quality PRODUCTS and one with a fair COMPENSATION PLAN. The other thing you want to look for is LEADERSHIP. Not only within the company itself...but also in the person who is sponsoring you. When the person trying to sponsor you can only talk about themselves...it should be a clue! At the end of the day...find your passion...find your home...and make a difference in the lives of the people who need what you have. NETWORK MARKETING is about serving others...not yourself.
