In the Spring of 1977 Marvin Gaye released the album Live at the London Palladium a two record LP in which this song cover one entire side. My brother Melvin says that was actually the worlds first 12 inch single. (I know, I know if you are under the age of 35, you have no idea what Im talking about.... LP, 12 inch singles???? - refer to the picture below.) But this was the JAM! It will still fill up the dance floor today! We may not dance through the entire song but it will get us up!!!
