As soon as you see a notice for proposed drilling development ,download PDF file N244 Court notice to stop corporations acting unlawfully & causing damage. see Municipility Corporations Act 1882.On the form put the name of company .Sign yours and a petition of names ."We strongly object to [whatever they propose]frackingdrilling] {the notice is to prevent it but if they ignore it & break the law this next bit covers it ] and should your operations continue we will have no alternative but to file a legal action for damage to environmental ,animal & human health." you serve that ...then if they break the law you file a commercial lein .Many horrors have been stopped and as they are only in it for greed fines are the way to make them stop .look on You tube for cases against corporations including councils! and see White rabbit trust education for in depth info,stop this before it even starts.
