In the beginning of 2013, our team had moved out of our comfort zone to a totally brand new environment (for me it is back to where I had started), there are a lot of mixed feelings and uncertainty. I am glad that we had made a right choice, not only did we increase in team size but all of us are better equipped with the right skills and acknowledge to face the upcoming challenges ahead. I would like to thank Bobby Sng & Jason Koh for the support and not forgetting my wonderful team (especially my partners Francis Lee and Caleb Tan) who had worked so hard together since we cross over to Propnex, I owe the credit to all of you. Lets work hard towards the final lap and wrap up a beautiful 2013 and then we head into a challenging 2014 with all our positive mindset and energy, hopefully to achieve an even better results. Last but not least, I would like to congratulate our boss Kelvin Fong for the successful launch of his new book Property Wealth System. Wish that you can become the No. 1 best seller just like the various No.1 which you have created in your real estate career. All the best!
