In the entire history of policing the Ferguson result is the norm not the exception. A district attorney can indict a ham sandwich when they want to. Nation wide police lie because they know that the district attorneys and judges will back them up every time. This is bigger than Ferguson.. Weaponize all available resources beginning with culture, spirituality and money. We have one trillion dollars at our command [$1,000,000,000]. Starve the beast! Until killer kops do long jail time, no holiday $$ to the stores [xmas, easter etc]. No commuted sentences, no parole.
