In the message The Rejected King, brother Branham told his congregation five major denominations had refused to allow him to preach in their churches, mainly because of his teaching on the original sin, often called the Serpent Seed. It seems that the denominations accepted him for his gift of healing, but they rejected the Word he brought. It was no accident that in The Rejected King brother Branham chose the subject of Israel rejecting the prophet Samuel as a parallel of today. In spite of being rejected by the denominations, other, more joyful things were occurring. It was during this time that God allowed brother Branham to look beyond the curtain of time, where he saw all the pple that had-and will-come to Christ by his ministry. God also told him about the many great things ahead for both him and the church.
