In the midst of modern storms and tempests that constantly threaten our Safety, the Peace Giver still whispers, Peace be still. The peace that Jesus gives is a brand of Peace that nothing in this world can destroy. It cannot be taken away from us by unfavorable circumstances. Sickness cannot mar it, poverty cannot destroy it, persecution cannot diminish it, hardships cannot disturb it. Neither can the scorn of enemies or betrayal of friends destroy this peace.
