In the past we have enjoyed participating in Christmas card exchanges with friends weve made on line... This year as many of you know has been one of great (unexpected) financial cost to us, even with all the generous support and donations we received (and thank you from the bottom of my heart) Parkies diagnosis and after care set us back well over $500 plus Holly was having weekly treatments for the last few months ... these add up quickly. Weve chosen to have Holly privately cremated as we want to bring her ashes home. This money came from my secret Christmas savings account that Id set up and had been saving from my recent art sales.... I was going to surprise miss p. And mr s. with a gift at Xmas, but they understand and we wanted the money to go for Holly.... I feel honoured to be in a position to pay for Hollys cremation having saved this money and as a family we felt that material gifts were not needed this year. We have each other. So for this reason we are unable to participate in Christmas card exchanges. We are very sorry. ~Yollie
