In the past week my siblings and I have all flown somewhere! Started out with Shannon heading to Haiti for a mission trip. They had to do an emergency landing in Miami without instruments working in the cockpit. Ambulances and firetrucks lined the runway. She missed her connecting flight and had to fly out the next morning. I left Atlanta heading to Nashville but had to go through St. Louis. Three tornados touched down ahead of our flight and as we descended lightning struck out plane and we we could not fly out on that plane to Nashville. We had to wait on a plane from Oklahoma delaying us four hours. Kyle left Atlanta to head to the Final Four and his plane was rerouted to San Antonio because of storms. He said it was the worst flight he had ever been on and he flies constantly. So....I must say we are all three very blessed and thankful to be safe and sound...and mom and dads nerves are shot! :)
