In the wake of a tragedy like a mass shooting or a terrorist attack people normally think of logical ways to prevent such an event. Like, building up better defenses , "common sense" legislation , or throwing those whom they think MAY commit such acts in a cage, when the real problem is the evil that exists in the hearts of men. I believe Einstein once said " darkness is nothing more than the absence of light, and cold is simply the absence of heat". With that in mind; Evil SURELY is the absence of love. Since God is love, the answer to the questions of today should be quite obvious, yet it seems to elude almost all of us (myself included).
