In the words of Chris Grindstaff - Well, maybe if she were drinking and flirting with her BOYFRIEND instead of some strange man, she wouldnt have been raped. Or maybe if the man had better judgement, he wouldnt have committed the act... My society considers the man in question a rapist, and as do I. However, we cant ignore the fact that she disregarded all risks involved with drinking with strangers in a non-controlled setting and put herself in a compromising situation. All I see here is a deflection of personal responsibility and a senseless accusation that my society is to blame, completely ignoring that rape is a crime punishable by law in my society and that rape has existed well before the first society was ever assembled. TL;DR: Feminazi bullshit.
