We wanted to follow up some proposal that we presented to her office some time back.Sir,despite the fact that my chairman had booked an appointment with her last week through her PA,she turned us away bragging"i cant attend to you.. my day is packed.Moreover l am still reading newspaper".We had to leave.Sir,as far as we know,you are the one whom we voted for,not your arrogant appointee.Tame her before we call the press conference.Thank you sir,our beloved governor,Jakodondo. Admin: Now this is the arrogance that is not needed in public service. The fact that the lady is married as a third wife to Dalmas Otieno is not a carte blanche to start dismiss his fellow constituents. Even if she was busy, customer service demands that she learns a way of using polite language to tell her clients that she cant meet them. I know because she is married to the political elite of Nyanza, she may get away with it. These reforms may end up benefiting the few. Cyprian Awiti tame her or let her go and become a minister in her now Migori County!
