In the world of Fine Dining and Michelin stars, the Indian Kitchen is an outsider. Thanks to the British, Indian cuisine still is popular among foodies internationally. The so called Indian food seen outside the country is primarily the North Indian which is heavily influenced by the Central Asian flavors. But India has more to offer than this.
