In this day of iPods, streaming services, and internet radio, - TopicsExpress

In this day of iPods, streaming services, and internet radio, people very seldom listen to a whole album (CD) like we did when I was coming up. Nowadays, folks listen to a song here and a song there, or different artists on shuffle, or Pandora, or Spotify. Albums dont have to be cohesive, because (almost) nobodys listening all the way through. When I put together One More Night In Nashville, I wanted it to be a record that people could (and would) listen to in its entirety. Thats why I find it extremely gratifying when I see a post from someone who says they have had my record on repeat for the last few days, or I get a phone call from someone who tells me they have listened to it three times since last night. All the songs in the world dont mean a thing if nobodys listening. Thanks, yall.
