A history stretching back before the time of Christ, we were part of the Indus valley civilization which is now located in the south-east province of Pakistan called Sindh. During partition in 1947, when Pakistan became separate country, most of the Sindhis fled their homes in fear of their lives and made India their home. They brought new culture and traditions with them.
