In this movie I just watched, a demon raises the ocean over the mountains in order to drown a monastery full of monks, and one of the head monks calls upon the very powers of Buddha to shatter the temple and rebuild it around the demon, trapping it forever. But, in an act of mercy, the monk decides to let the demon go. So he LIFTS THE TEMPLE UP OFF THE GROUND so the demon can walk out from under it. Because opening the wooden door that was right next to him was too mainstream. This fight scene was so ridiculously overpowered, it may as well have come from DBZ haha
