In this video Im using: Resistance band and a Bosu. Im performing Good Mornings and some Ab towards the end of video. I like using Resistance bands for varies reasons. I want to create different stimulation on the muscle. As a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer, my goal is to over and under react the muscle. Create force and make muscles adjust to the changes (aka stabilization). The Bosu: Some bodybuilders would probably poop on the bosu, rather than actually use it. Only because, some might feel it wont make them bigger or stronger. This style of training maintains muscle activation. The Bosu is NOT working on my core. What its doing is training my nervous system to activate my core and stabilization muscles, while in a compromised position, Which is different. My core and stabilization muscles will be train to activate or work in my favor when I need them. For example, when Im powerlifting. Its training for the training. Good Mornings, is a neglected posterior chain muscle movement. If you like to Squat and deadlift, I suggest you incorporate this exercise in your program. Trains your lower back, hammies, and gluts. My recommendation, Do them right after your done squatting and deadlifting. At the end of video, I have one leg with a resistance band and the other leg 6inches off the ground. I kept my hands underneath to give my lower back some support. Do 10 reps on each leg, 3 sets. You ll know at the end of video how I feel about it. Enjoy! Stay Swolelicious!!!
