In todays lecture (2/20), Sam Altman, President of Y Combinator, provides very interesting tips and insights for establishing your companys team. Some of these are: - Take a co-founder you already know well, so that if things go bad you have past history to bind you - A good way to meet a co-founder is to meet in college. If youre not in college and you dont know a co-founder, the best thing to do is to go work at an interesting company, which are also cofounder rich. - Try not to hire if not necessary. But if you have to, spend at least 25% of your time doing so.
