In todays world being a single mom means submission.Very few women have the courage to stand alone without a man to keep us safe. That is why most women remarry or many stay married for years, miserable because women are still vulnerable without a man to buffer their life. This has to change. I am living proof of the oppression women still go through in this country. The war on women is very alive in this country. Dont ask the conservative stepford wives, ask the REAL women who support themselves and stand against bully conservative men daily. Most of the men that find single moms a target are Consrrvative men. They are the same guys that like their news women with lots of T &A. Its a creepy good ol boys club that is much better at bullyng women into silence than men. I am one of the few single women that does not adhere to the mentality that only a wealthy parent or husbsnds alimony gives me the right to speak up against injustices! I have been harrassed by many Conservstive men since being single, who have tried to keep me in my place(only rich Conservative women can have opinions) in their world. I dont consider being equal in voice feminism, I consider that a human right. We have given far too much power and undeserved dignity to people because they are financially secure. That is the problem with the Conservstives as a whole. Its not about how good you are as human, just how much money allows you to be safely a bad human being. Single women must speak out, stand up and be heard without fear of bullying. The Conservatives have the police and corporations in their back pocket and use these entities to their advantage!
