Inbuilt Spirituality How does one attain the highest in spirituality? Many will tell you that someone from outside will pour spirituality in you. It is a myth. Spirituality is already within us. In the language of technology we can say ‘It is not to be downloaded rather it is an inbuilt feature’. It is not something to be invented, it is something to be discovered. Spirituality doesn’t mean great sacrifices and magnanimous deeds, it is found in simple day-to-day deeds. While eating chips you saw a beggar’s child staring at the packet and you offered it to her; this is spirituality. Lending your shoulder to a friend to cry on in difficult times is spirituality. Opening the cage for a bird to fly out and enjoy freedom is spirituality. Out of a sense of responsibility, paying our electricity and water bills on time is spirituality.
