Incarceration over education...who in their right minds thought that this idea made any sense? Come on Pennsylvania, your officials can do a lot better than that! Teaching is one of the most important vocations in the universe. Teachers are responsible for those future musicians, doctors, lawyers, (dare I say it) PUBLIC OFFICIALS. So, for those of you who have influence please take a moment, thank all of your TEACHERS, and use your influence to redirect those proposed prison funds!!!! Futures are at stake!!!
