Inclined chest presses . Dont be afraid about doing these , especially the ladies . I know a lot of ladies shun chest exercises because of the worry of getting a flat chest or worse , a wide , rounded one . That is simply not true ! Chest presses are good for strengthening the big muscles in front of the chest which is important for sports ( the secret to my blistering tennis forehand , hehe) , functional activities like lifting ( I used to lift my late father alone when sending him for check ups , no need to wait for brother or hubby ) & posture ( strong chest equals straight back ).Plus its a real fat-burner . So , include it in your repertoire :) 15 reps , 4 sets .
