Incompetent leader does not admits his weakness! He is always dictated people to sustain powers and it could also exploited resources because he has to supports closed crony that confronts his rival...........This is principles of incapability leaders, They had been scrambling with suppression as their strategies to sustain powers! Hence, to contrast these leaders today which has to contest over the resources and he/ she has no credits that recognized his integrity and to protects legacy of every one who had served at his period of ruled..... not leader who has to invest into bad reputation that attracted troubles........Democratic govt that can requires participation of subordinates to incorporate their ideas into decision you want to executes..........Criticizing leaders is means of transformation and I had seen to most of the people that they take into account as they are defamed. They did not know the office they hold is for publics which you could listen to their voices at any time they disagrees.....
