Depois de concluído o Desenvolvimento, Emplacamento e Elevação de Espadas, o médium está completo! Poderá trabalhar sem qualquer problema com outras Entidades. Inclusive com certas particularidades, exemplos: O paciente aproxima-se e claramente a energia muda do Mentor muda, pode ser que uma determinada Entidade tenha a necessidade de realizar aquele trabalho para este paciente específico; O Apará pode passar por uma faixa kármica que será manipulada com a incorporação de outro Preto Velho; O Mentor assume determinada missão espiritual e outro fica responsável durante certo período, voltado após cumprir aquela missão. Estes são apenas alguns exemplos clássicos, mas existem inúmeras situações espirituais, que não temos a faculdade de ver ou interpretar, que podem gerar uma troca de incorporações. O Apará ao incorporar coloca-se a disposição da espiritualidade e, portanto sempre estará recebendo a projeção de todos seus Mentores. Em qualquer trabalho, todos os Mentores do Apará estão a sua disposição. No Desenvolvimento o Médium de incorporação deve ser orientado a concentrar-se na Entidade que trabalha no setor correspondente, justamente para evitar Preto Velho batendo no peito e Caboclo estralando os dedos. Obviamente estarão os dois presentes, mas a manipulação depende da concentração do aparelho consciente da incorporação. É natural que em alguns casos o Apará sinta a projeção, por exemplo, do Médico nos Tronos, por uma necessidade do paciente e pela constatação de que aquele paciente não poderá ir até a Cura depois. Isso não quer dizer que vá incorporar o Médico nos Tronos. Ele está presente e emana sua energia curadora junto ao Preto Velho. Uma projeção de Preto Velho durante a incorporação do Caboclo, também pode ocorrer, porém, não existe a necessidade de “misturar” as incorporações por conta desta projeção. A presença das Entidades é patente, porém sua manifestação depende do nível de concentração do Aparelho na Entidade que efetivamente está incorporada. Desta forma, voltamos a necessidade da orientação no Desenvolvimento, onde o Instrutor é responsável por corrigir as incorporações antes da liberação do emplacamento. Ao médium Centurião que começa a manifestar estes sintomas, somente podemos abordar como um tema geral de reunião, pois jamais se chama a atenção de um Centurião: ele já é responsável por todos seus trabalhos mediúnicos.
