In it, Obama’s CIA Director John Brennan says this about al-Qaeda: Ironically, this is very similar to the criticism that they lobbed against George W. Bush, saying his focus was off getting Osama Bin Laden and on the two wars. So who’s feckless now, the people who said a Caliphate would never happen and didn’t plan for it, or those who just established a Caliphate? Hmmmm
